FMS is the latest automated fuel distribution and control system. The device is designed to collect, store and transmit information about the full cycle of fuel movement at enterprises: shipment from a warehouse or oil refinery, delivery and discharge of fuel to stationary storage facilities, refuelling from stationary storage facilities to tankers, refuelling equipment from tankers, monitoring fuel consumption by each individual unit of equipment.
The system determines the level of fuel in tanks and stationary containers. Before starting refuelling, FMS makes identification of the driver and the vehicle. The system shows how much fuel has passed through the nozzle, taking data from a mechanical meter. The device transmits to the operator the date, time and the geographic coordinates of the gas station.
If necessary, you can set a daily fuel delivery limit for each electronic card. As a result, the driver will not be able to get more fuel than is set by the norm. The system transmits information to the server via GSM or WI-FI channels.

A special cable (KTZ) is used to connect the spark protection unit to the fuel level sensor. The cable protects the wires with a metal sleeve and PVC insulation. The length of the KTZ is from 10 to 20 meters.
The scheme also uses a signal pickup device. It is set between the counter and the arrow pointer. The signal pickup device allows you to convert the rotation of the countershaft into electrical impulses received by the onboard Montrans terminal. The number of pulses is proportional to the volume of fuel issued. With the help of the signal pickup device, you can control the volume of fuel that has entered the refuelling tanker's tanks, as well as the number of issued POL. The signal pickup device does not violate the metrological verification of the counter and does not require calibration.
At the request of the customer, the fuel volume indicator can be installed in the cab of the vehicle. The display shows the current values of the amount of fuel in all tanks of the refuelling tanker. The indicator helps the driver control the amount of fuel in order to replenish the stock in a timely manner.
